Concept & Design
We start with a digital concept, creating detailed 3D models that blend performance, aerodynamics, and aesthetics.
3D Scanning & Validation
DTMRS performs high-precision 3D scanning to ensure exact measurements and perfect integration with the vehicle.
CNC Machining & Molding
Depending on the project’s needs, we can either 3D print prototypes for quick validation
or go with CNC machining for full-scale mold production.
This flexibility ensures we choose the most efficient method for each build.
Prototyping & Testing
The first prototype is produced and tested under real-world conditions to optimize aerodynamic performance.
